Welcome to OdiGreen. By booking a lesson, purchasing a digital product, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to maintain our professional standards and ensure the highest quality of safety-conscious instruction for all students.
All students must possess a valid Manitoba Class 5L (Learner’s) permit or a higher-class license. This must be physically present during every in-car lesson.
OdiGreen reserves the right to cancel a lesson immediately without a refund if a student is suspected of being under the influence of any substance that impairs driving ability.
To maintain our secure digital infrastructure and professional booking portals, all purchases (including packages, individual lessons, and digital products) are subject to a non-refundable 3.5% Registration & Processing Fee.
OdiGreen provides all-inclusive pricing. However, because our third-party payment processors do not return their transaction fees to us when a refund is issued, the 3.5% registration and processing portion of your payment is strictly non-refundable. In the event of a student-requested refund for a full package, the total amount returned will be the original price minus this 3.5% non-recoverable cost.
Students may reschedule any lesson free of charge, provided notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time through our Online Portal.
Because our instructor’s time and vehicle are reserved exclusively for you, any cancellation or rescheduling request made with less than 24 hours' notice is subject to the following:
If OdiGreen must postpone a lesson due to extreme weather, mechanical issues, or illness, the lesson will be rescheduled at no cost to the student.
All lesson packages must be completed within six (6) months of the purchase date. Unused credits after this period are non-refundable.
To ensure maximum skill retention and student safety, we limit training to a maximum of two (2) lessons per week on non-consecutive days.
This package includes a 30-minute warm-up and the use of the OdiGreen dual-control vehicle for the MPI exam. It must be booked as a dedicated 90-minute block in our scheduler.
OdiGreen reserves the right to refuse the use of our vehicle for a road test if the instructor deems the student’s skill level unsafe for an exam environment.
Digital purchases grant 90 days of 24/7 access to the OdiGreen practice bank.
Due to the instant-access nature of digital content, all sales for Knowledge Test Prep products are final and non-refundable.
